  When I arrived at Western Ohio Therapy 3 1/2 months ago, I was in a back brace and could hardly walk across a 15 ft. long room. I was facing a terrible surgery and also dangerous. Even the therapists were wondering about me. Right away they put in water therapy. I have gone twice a week for a hour at each visit. I have to admit there were times I felt like giving up and trying something else. But what else was I going to try? I already had 67 shots in my spine which didn't help. I was at the end of my rope and I knew I had to make this work. As bad as I was, after approximately 4 - 5 visits, I could feel my muscles getting harder. After about 8-10 visits I could at least go to Walmart or Kroger and walk around. Now I'm no longer in my back brace and I can even walk down the street! I still have pain and always will, but not the 10+ pain. I just don't want to go back to the condition I was in. I recommend Western Ohio Therapy to anyone. The theraphists are all wonderful too. Especially Paul and Taylor. Thanks Western Ohio Therapy for helping me.

  I was having lower back and hip pain to the point it was painful to move. The staff at Western Ohio Therapy were just wonderful. Paul evaluated my situation and set me up with stretches to loosen the tight spots and exercises to strengthen the areas. He and Taylor also really know how to massage out the kinks. I cannot say enough good about these people and the Western Ohio Therapy staff. Thank you so very much for getting me mobile again. - Janelle Cross, October 2014
